The course will cover both the Power BI Desktop application and the Power BI service, enabling participants to acquire skills and knowledge of Power BI fundamental.
Power BI is one of the most user-friendly and versatile data analysis and reporting tools available on the market, and it is provided by Microsoft. It is intended to be a "Self-Served" business intelligence tool. "Self-Served" in this context suggests that many organisations use Power BI in their reporting without the need for in-depth understanding of Database Systems and coding, however such knowledge can enable more advanced uses of Power BI.
To take a Power BI course, there are typically no strict prerequisites but having a basic understanding of data analysis concepts and familiarity with Microsoft Excel can be beneficial.
Here are a few recommended prerequisites which help to learn Power BI course:
o Familiarity with Microsoft Excel: Power BI shares some common features and functionalities with Excel.
o Basic understanding of data analysis concepts.
o Having Knowledge of databases is advantageous.
o General computer competence.
